About Our Offerings...
Construction and SizingOur signs are constructed in North America using 320x160mm (12.6x6.3") LED panels (specs in table to the right). These panels form the display area. The display area is surrounded by a 38mm (1.5") frame. The sign is 95.3mm (3.75") deep.

As an example, a nominal 8'x4' sign would have a display area of 7x7 panels, or 2240x1120mm (88.2x44.1"). This would be framed on all 4 sides with a 38mm (1.5") frame, resulting in a sign 2316x1196mm (91.2x47.1").

ProgrammingOur signs come equipped with Huidu controllers. Huidu provide a Windows program, HDPlayer to program their controller cards. There is no Mac or Linux version. We have tried running HDPlayer with Wine on Linux and, while it can program the sign, the preview and WYSIWYG features of the program do not function correctly. As an alternative, the LEDArt app is available for Windows, Android (on Google Play), or for iPhone, iPad or iPod (on Apple App Store). In our signs the default method of connecting to the sign for programming is through a WiFi connection. Each sign has a controller that acts as a WiFi accessible system, so a two sided sign will require connecting to each side one at a time for programming. |

HDPlayerThe HDPlayer program can be downloaded from Huidu Downloads Site. The instruction manual for HDPlayer can be downloaded from Huidu Instruction Manuals page, but the best way to get familiar with the program is through Huidu's YouTube videos and our introductory video.
